Ring the changes with an alternative Christmas menu
We’ve hung the baubles from the ceiling – all 180 of them! – and our festive menu is now ready. So, grab your friends and workmates and kick start Christmas with Billy’s.
Ditch the turkey and mince pies
Our friends and regulars will know we like to turn the tables on tradition. So, if you are bored of the usual festive line up of turkey and mince pies, then come to us. You can tuck into our Santa’s Squeaky Breakfast or fill your boots with a heart-warming rich venison casserole. And if the thought of another nut roast fills you with dismay, then seek vegetarian refuge at Billy’s with a mouth-watering Mushroom Stroganoff, or our vegan Chestnut and Fava Bean Casserole, served with red cabbage and mash. Save room for dessert though as we have several homemade treats in our Santa’s sack, plus two festive flavours from the amazing Caroline’s Dairy ice cream, made on a farm near Chichester.
Celebrate with a Billy’s breakfast special
Or you can go off piste and order breakfast from our regular menu. There are around 40 choices of breakfast and brunch from pancakes and omelettes to spicy `wake up the mouth’ dishes. And, of course, there’s the ever-popular Billy’s Big Breakfast – that’s two sausages, two rashers of bacon, two eggs served with hash browns or fried potatoes, tomatoes or beans …and toast. Phew! Most of the ingredients on the plate have been produced within Sussex no more than 16 miles away from our café, and we think it is the ultimate antidote after hours of Christmas shopping.
Flexible festive food
Our all-year-round present to our customers is being able to order breakfast any time* you fancy it, not just first thing in the morning. So, after you’ve dropped the kids of at school and completed the dog walk, join your friends for a brunch or festive lunch. Or clock off work early and celebrate Christmas with your colleagues and enjoy the luxury of eating breakfast in the afternoon – you can wear your slippers and reindeer pyjamas if you want to, we won’t judge.
